As President of Elford, Mike is actively involved in all aspects of the company's operations including business development and marketing, client relations, preconstruction and estimating, and operations. Mike proudly represents the fifth generation of his family's leadership at Elford, where he remains focused on the passionate commitment to excellent customer service that has defined Elford since 1910. In addition to his role at Elford, Mike is the President and co-founder of Elford Development. As a principal of the company over the past decade, Mike has successfully led the development, construction, and management of more than one million square feet of multifamily, retail, and office projects with value in excess of $500 million. His strategic and operational leadership and interpersonal skills have paved the way for the company's success.
