HVAC Apprentices Needed (Commerce City, CO Growing HVAC company in need of Tinner Apprentices who can use their skills, knowledge, trouble-shooting capabilities, installation knowledge and more, in the commercial industry that we are a part of. Please email your resume, or stop by the shop to fill out an application between 8am and 4pm Monday - Friday. +++BILINGUAL IS A HUGE PLUS FOR ALL POSITIONS+++ _____________________________________________ HVAC Apprentice/Helper Needed Job Description & Requirements: - 1+ years of experience preferred but not required, will train the right candidate - Strong work ethic, and a 'can-do' attitude, and takes pride in their performance - Good communication skills with their job foremen and in-house project managers - Able to maintain our standards of quality and follow a formal procedure for each job - Keep a clean and professional appearance - Having your own tools is a plus, tool account available - Must be savvy and willing to learn - Flexible schedule -- may have to work early mornings, late evenings or on weekends - Must be willing to work overtime if necessary - Must have good listening skills and able to understand and resolve issues that may arise - Must be able to stand, bend, crawl and squat throughout the day; capable of lifting 50lbs unassisted and pushing/pulling up to 100 lbs - Able to negotiate long ladders, tall accesses and high roofs - Need to be able to get yourself to the jobsite, which can be anywhere in the Denver Metro area, or surrounding areas Benefits: - Full-time work available - Performance Review after 90 days - Paid holidays after 90 days - Health Insurance, Medical, Dental and Vision available after 60 days of hire - 401K - Position available NOW - Paid time off accrues starting day 1 - Weekly pay - Bonus Pay Pay Rate Negotiable DOE $18.00 - $25.00/hr
