Demonstration via Zoom. Hands- on. Whether you are participating in Dry January or just want to add some zing to your repertoire of non-alcoholic beverages, plan on joining us for a fun evening of learning more about the art of creating non-alcoholic cocktails. You'll pick up tips from an expert via Zoom on ingredients, equipment, and the art of mixology. For ages 18 and up. Our mixologist, Tommy Quimby, will demonstrate 5 non alcoholic cocktails via Zoom: Lyre's Fair Weather Cocktail; Tarocco Highball; Lyre's Winter Sour; Amaretti Sour; and Cara Mia. Participants will make: The Cara Mia and The Tarocco Highball along with him. Safety & Precautions We ask that you return a signed copy of the waiver for each attendee via email prior to class. Please wear a mask while in the Cooking Schools. Masks can be removed to enjoy samples provided or the food that you have prepared. Our Partners will maintain a 6-foot distance from attendees while in the Cooking Schools. We ask that you maintain a 6-foot distance from other attendees during the class. Classes are limited to a maximum of two hours. For that reason, we ask that all attendees arrive at least 5 minutes prior to the confirmed time of the class.
