Based on experience Paid Time Off: 5% of all hours worked - for full time employees, this equates to more than 2 weeks per year Medical, Dental and Vision insurance offered Cell phone reimbursement: $35 / month. Position Summary: Fence Installation Foreman are responsible for ordering and picking up materials, preparing each site, aligning and setting posts and installation of each fence (Chain link, Ornamental, Wood, and Temporary Fencing). As the foreman, you'll be running a small crew to complete jobs on time and on budget. Duties and Responsibilities Measuring and laying out new fence lines Dig post holes, using spades, post hole diggers, or power-driven augers Align posts, using lines or by sighting in posts Pour/mix concrete Attach rails and pickets using nail gun Drive company truck to customer sites and back to branch following DOT regulations Other duties as assigned Qualifications Must have fencing or carpentry experience Strong attention to detail and ability to exercise good judgement Must be experienced and comfortable with using power tools Excellent organizational and time management skills. (must be a self starter) A great attitude and work ethic (non-negotiable) Speaking English and Spanish is a plus May be required to lift up to 100 lbs. Job site work may involve extended periods of walking or standing and additional limited physical requirements, including climbing ladders, scaffolding, maneuvering around small obstacles, moving through cramped quarters, crawling, sitting, walking, climbing stairs, kneeling, bending, and operating office equipment that is hand operated. Visual acuity is required to observe site environment and hazardous conditions.
