Real Estate Equities Development, a Minnesota-based development company, is accepting resumes for a part-time Maintenance Technician at our beautiful new property in Lakewood, CO. Village Cooperative is a dynamic independent senior community with 61 units. We provide maintenance-free living for our 62+ cooperative members. Our Maintenance Technician provides prompt and courteous service to our members. Our Maintenance Technician will maintain our trash services and perform general maintenance and light repairs including painting, electrical, plumbing, and carpentry. The right candidate is someone who is compassionate, energetic, and skilled in property maintenance. Experience preferred. Position Details: 8:00-1:00 Monday - Friday (extra hours may be required at times) Part-time 20-25 hours per week Benefits include: Sign-on Bonus available Paid Time Off Paid Holidays
