On February 11th, 2023 Direct Performance Physical Therapy will be hosting a fundraiser for Cystic Fibrosis. ABOUT THE EVENT This is a fitness event with the option to compete in 2 person teams or a select spectator events as an individual. INFO FOR TEAMS Your two person team (MM/FF/or MF) will complete a total of 4 crossfit-style workouts (Rx or scaled), each 4 workouts session will last approximately 45 minutes each including recovery time. You have the option to complete fewer than the 4 - however, we ask that you start at your sign up time and advance in the workout order described. A new heat will start every 45 minutes. Every team should be done in 2 hours or less from your start time. Event heat times can be found on registration; first heat at 7:00am. A minimum donation of $60 (more is welcome) per participant will be collected before event or upon check-in at the event and will go directly to the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation to help cure Cystic Fibrosis. FOR SPECTATORS / INDIVIDUALS You have the option to sign up for an individual 'spectator' event if you would like to compete. The spectator workout should take no more than 5-10 minutes to complete. Spectator events will be ongoing, there is no need to sign up for a specific time. We suggest a donation of $10 per spectator event to support the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation in their efforts to help cure Cystic Fibrosis.
