Must Be Comfortable Working In any zip code in Memphis Must have reliable transportation access to smartphone/camera and computer with a high-speed Internet connection. Job duties include but not limited to: coordinating appointments to meet with owner/ property managers. Visually inspecting interior and exterior of properties. Evaluating properties for conditions including landscaping exterior paint roof kitchens bathrooms bedrooms and HVAC's. Taking pictures and videos of properties in uploading files to dropbox or sending pictures via email. Installing lockboxes on properties. Job hours vary based upon the number of homes inspected.
