Join us for a lesson and practice in finding our inner peace. Bob and Nan will lead this class in breathwork, somatic movement, and meditation to tone the nervous system. These exercises are designed to tap into our innate wisdom of the nervous system. During the hour we will cover:
A Breathwork Practice
Light Somatic Movement
Guided Mindfulness Meditation
Voluntary Share of Experiences
These gentle practices are designed for any physical capability, age, or energy level. There are cushioned training mats that we will work on but you may want to bring additional support:
A cushion to sit on for meditation.
A water bottle.
A notebook and pen.
