I am an out-of-town property owner and need a consistent handyman for somewhat regular maintenance calls from leaky faucets to sprinklers, patch and paint repair and electrical outlet or switch changes. Most recent was repairing doors after a carpet installation. Needed a sprinkler repair today. You tell me your normal hourly charge including any additional service call and we might come to an agreement. I am easy to reach at 909 350 8200 and I have three different properties with in a block and one half in Southwest Orem. Nice houses good tenants and local management if necessary for access. I also supply all parts from Lowe's near by.
