A weekend opportunity to reconnect, rejuvenate, and restore! Guests will be treated to farm fresh meals and have an opportunity to partake in a wide variety of wellness and fitness opportunities during both structured and unstructured times. Guests will get to choose amongst a variety of offerings including yoga, meditation, trail running and boot camp for each of 4 workshop times throughout the weekend. They will have additional opportunities to explore the trails and river, connect with new and old friends, and relax.
