Award winning MUSIC TALENT seeks Executive/ Personal Assistant — NYC/Brooklyn Salary: Up to 90K DOE. Stipend towards benefits and extra monies while on the road for expenses. An award winning music artist is seeking a multi – faceted, all hands-on deck EA/PA. The client is involved in various areas of music from scoring for music and TV, is a performer, does private events. and has won many awards in many areas. There are many “ needs” in this role especially when traveling for private events. This client is EXTREMELY busy! The ideal person is VERY detailed, knows how to manage a personality who is kind but also is has “artist” vibes. We seek someone who is adaptable, capable, and able to pick up travel but MOST of all is proactive and true problem solver. Will also lightly assist writer wife. You will be polished, poised, kind and always represent the client at your best. PLEASE HAVE MUSIC EXPERIENCE AND BE VACCINATED! Duties include but are not limited: Management of ever changing schedule/calendars for personal and professional needs and a very busy/hectic life Overseeing travel and knowing where to be for performances/tours/private event s. managing cars/drivers, planes, hotels etc Interface with managers and business associates Appointments /reservations Responsible for management of home needs — vendors etc, coordinate cleaning person Gift buying as needed Management of day to day needs from errands, to clothing to meds, plugs etc Ensuring that client has their needs with them each day as well from nutritious food, to chargers
