As a Manufacturedhomes.com Freelance Media Specialist, you can focus on what you know and love - photography and video. We handle the rest! Your responsibility includes arriving at the dealership, creating 3D tours, capturing photos and videos of the homes at the dealership. Scheduling is done with you in mind, once we get a request, your activation would be determined upon your schedule. We do the rest, assignments are capped at 5 homes a day. Once you shoot, you upload all assets to our servers. That’s it, no editing is needed! You will need the following to be successful: · Meet ALL equipment requirements (below) · Commitment to excellent customer service · Reliable Internet connection · Current, legal driver's license and reliable vehicle to travel to and from locations Equipment Requirements: 1. Digital SLR Body; capable of Bracketing 5+ in AEB mode 2. Wide Angle Lens; Full Frame ~ 16mm minimum, Crop sensor 10mm minimum. No prime lenses 3. Sturdy Tripod 4. Ball Head 5. PC or Mac for asset upload 6. Ipad or similar for Matterport 6. Matterport or Theta Z1 camera 7. iPhone 7 or Samsung S10 or better with Phone Gimbal 8. DJI Gimbal or Zhiyun Camera Gimbal Compensation Per Home Compensation: Activation includes 1 home (any or all 3 services needed) within 50 miles $150 Per Additional Home : Matterport only ~ $75 Photography & Matterport ~ $100 Video, Photography & Matterport ~ $125 Up to 5 homes per location per day.
