Artesano en hormigón Immediate opening for one full-time Concrete Laborer/Finisher. We have all year round construction and maintenance projects in exterior and interior environments in commercial warehouses and buildings in and around Phoenix. Company Truck provided with gas card. 3 to 5 years experience in concrete demo, form setting, pouring and finishing of flat work, curbing and bollard repair. Starting pay is $22 per hour depending on experience. HIGHER PAY OFFERED FOR TEAM LEADS!! Company truck, tools and smart phone will be provided. After 90 days probation, eligible for benefits such as medical and dental insurance, holiday pay, PTO, 401k plan with company match and annual bonus. Able to lift up to 80 pounds, climb ladders, etc. Candidates must be able to work independently and in teams as needed. Able to effectively communicate issues to supervisor and Property Managers and follow written and oral instructions. Excellent customer service attitude. Dependable, on time, every time. Knowledge and skill in other trades, particularly masonry is a plus. Candidates must be willing to work on non concrete projects related to general commercial property maintenance and repair, such as painting of curb, fire hydrants, bollards, office suites, graffiti cleaning/painting, dry wall/floor demo, dry wall repairs, office suites clean outs, light bulbs changing, light plumbing work such as opening clogged drains, repairing leaks, etc. Candidates must be able to provide references, pass a background check, drug test, E-Verify and possess a valid Arizona Driver's License.
