We are a 20+ year-old, well-established company working for large apartment communities around metro Phoenix. We are looking for a Trash Out Team Leader and a Trash Out Technician for the metro Phoenix area. This job involves going to apartment complexes and cleaning out individual units of all the stuff people leave behind like furniture, clothing, toys, electronics, etc., and placing them on a 16-foot trailer and disposing of them at a local landfill. The Trash Out Team Leader drives a full-size pickup that pulls the trailer and communicates regularly with our dispatch to receive assigned jobs. This position starts at $18 and can be more depending on experience. The Trash Out Technician drives with the Trash Out Team Leader and helps clean out the units and load up the trailer. The Trash Out Team Leader needs a driver's license with a good driving record. The Trash Out Technician does not need a driver's license, but it is preferred in case he ever needs to fill in for the Team Leader.
We are seeking reliable and stable full-time (40-45 hours per week) employees. The Trash Out Technician can sometimes get picked up at his house by the Team Leader if he lives fairly close.
