Take a DEEP DIVE into the Y6 HOT set sequence using props and different techniques. BONUS: we will end the class with an EXTENDED SAVASANA! This class IS FREE to members and non-members. Register through the Y6 app or call the front desk! This event will be held August 12th from 10:30am-12pm in our ANKENY STUDIO!
