Description

The man who attempted to assassinate Supreme Court Justice Brett Kavanaugh didn't plan to stop with just one Justice. He was “shooting for 3” conservative justices, according to FBI documents. Back up: On June 8, Nicholas Roske traveled from California to the home of Justice Kavanaugh armed with a gun, a knife, and other home invasion tools with the intention of murdering the Justice, his wife, and children. When Roske arrived and saw U.S. Marshalls outside the home, he called his sister and she convinced him to turn himself in. Roske was motivated by the leaked draft of the Supreme Court opinion that would overturn Roe v. Wade. New details: The FBI has submitted search warrants to access Roske's Google account and chat logs, and those warrants contain new information about the would-be assassin, including a conversation he had with an unspecified person on the online platform Discord: Roske: im gonna stop roe v wade from being overturned Person#1: what u tryna do Roske: remove some people from the supreme court Person #1: Two dead judges ain't gonna do nothing... You would die before you killed them all Roske: yeah but I could get at least one, which would change the votes for decades to come, and I am shooting for 3 More details: Roske's online search history reveals that he looked for the "most effective place to stab someone" and "quietest semi auto rifle." Roske also identified online as trans, went by the name "Sophie," and used he/her pronouns. Of course, you won't hear any of this in the mainstream media because they don't want Americans to make the connection between their vile, dehumanizing rhetoric against conservative justices and the real-life consequences it has.
