Progressive Metal band Open The Nile is searching for a Drummer. We will be touring. We have our own studio in Jeresy city where we practice. We practice 1-2 times a week. 3 for tours. 1. We need someone that has the technical ability to play our music and also be able to play to a click track. 2. Please be dedicated and driven. Please no laziness. 3. Please be comfortable with your position. We work as a band but everyone has their role to play within the band. We shouldn't be stepping on each others toes. 4. No alcohol or drugs. We need someone that is focused and on the same page as us. 5. Be able to tour. We all have day jobs, but when the time comes please be ready to have the time to tour. 6. NO EGOS, BAD BEHAVIOR, OR NO PRIDE. We should all respect each other in the band this is a group effort. 7. Please have a source of income. 8.
