Bathroom Shower Repair - Tile/Framing

Check out the photo below and e-mail for video. Looking for estimate for complete repair to to fix the upheaved shower bench. This would include any potential framing, tile/corian, gypsum, etc. repair. Additionally, shower pan needs to be recaulked due to pan settling as not bedded properly. Shower is new build an only 2 years old. Please provide your experience, estimate, and timeframe to complete. Looking to have done asap. Please let me know if any further questions.
