Lord Elgin Watch. Black face with gold rim and hands. Black leather band. Inscription on back is to "Victor". Lost on Thursday 7/28 in early afternoon. Belonged to my father and am somewhat heartbroken. Believe I lost it near CitiBike dock on Christopher between Greenwich St. and Hudson St. (or along Bedford; or toward/along the river/near Drift In restaurant or pier). Reward to anyone who has it.
