PURPOSE Orangeburg Regional Innovation Center (ORIC) created Networking events will be organized in various municipalities to encourage business owners to learn about and support one another. We want to create a space for like-minded to connect and build community. WHO SHOULD JOIN? Although the Game Changers Network is open to anyone, the group is specifically targeting entrepreneurs, small business owners, and other professionals located in Orangeburg and other surrounding counties (Allendale, Bamberg, Barnwell, Calhoun, Clarendon, Colleton, Hampton). We are seeking members who are interested in being involved in the growth and development of our local community. ACTIVITIES Networking meetings will primarily be for building social connections and giving professionals a consistent place to build long-lasting relationships. Nonetheless, the meetings will also be used for discussing various economic development topics that affect the business community. We are hoping that these meetings will help this group to develop a cohesive voice concerning the needs of small businesses.
