This is an in-person training. Review Tennessee Supreme Court Rule 31 and examine current case law and the ethical considerations in mediation relative to general civil and family matters.  Engage in the discussion of ethical dilemmas that occur in general civil and family mediation settings.   Approved continuing education for attorneys and mediators and other professions as requested.   Meets continuing education requirements for TN Supreme Court Rule 31 Listed General Civil and Family Mediators.
