Opportunity for Contractors to partner with Real Estate Investor to renovate homes (e.g. kitchen, baths, flooring, painting, roofs, update fixtures, etc.) throughout Ontario County (Canandaigua, Phelps, Geneva, Naples and all points in between). We are the fastest growing residential redevelopment company in the Finger Lakes and do several Flips a Month. Skill-sets Needed Include: Carpentry, Masonry, Electrical, Plumbing, Flooring: Vinyl & Tile, Roofing, Siding, Drywall/Painting, HVAC, Landscaping, etc.. Compensation Dependent on Experience/Skill-Sets. Must have own transportation, tools, strong work ethic and positive attitude. Flexible Work Hours to Work with your Schedule. Work available 365 days a year! This is an Independent Contractor Position. Compensation based on Scope of Work and Skill set.
