Description

These yoga classes will be held at Carolina Assessment Services, with mats, and any other supplies provided by us. These yoga classes will be limited to 6 people, first come first serve. All classes will be $15 a piece, or you have the option to buy multiple classes in bulk, which you can also find on our page. All classes will be instructed by Shanika Pichey (pictured below), who received her 200hr Yoga Teacher Training with Sakhi Yoga, 500hr Registered Yoga Teacher Training, along with training in IASTM (Instrument Assisted Soft Tissue Mobilization), Assisted Stretching, and Reiki. Shanika is extremely involved within her community in an effort to make yoga accessible for all bodies and has kept that goal central in her work.
