I believe I am an incredible painter and my work can be in selective galleries but I am very shy and have PTSD so I don't put myself or my work out there and instead just focus on the art. The problem is, no one sees my art! Attached is a photo of a painting I'm working on. If anyone likes my painting based on this picture and feels like taking a chance on a future emerging artist by showing my work in their gallery/ buying my work or investing in my practice (I really just want to buy material to build large frames so I can paint on a large scale and I need oil paint rather than the bare minimum of acrylics and gesso), please let me know. Please refrain from imparting discouraging advice. I'm not a novice artist or naive about the art world. If you have comments about this painting, that is fine as I always enjoy gleaning insights into how external minds perceive the work. Not that this should matter, but I have a BA in Fine Arts. This one picture only represents my most recent piece that I've been working on and I don't have very similar paintings to it as it's the beginning if a new direction- many of my paintings appear quite singular within a larger body of work that is experimental but simultaneously cohesive. Support local artists. If you support me and I succeed in selling work, I'd be open to entering into a contract where you would receive a cut of the sales. If I succeed, I will do MY best to support others artists in turn! Thanks for reading :) !
