BJ Farrell of the United States Navy is the first woman commander of the USS Constitution. Billie was born and raised in Paducah, KY and is one of your Girl Scout sisters! She will be back in town the last week of August and has requested to meet the current Girl Scouts in her hometown. Come join us to listen to her own adventures as a young girl scout and now a true woman in leadership with the US Navy.
