Ananda will introduce you to Ayurveda cooking. It is a treatment originated from India that also adheres to a vegetarian diet. Ayurveda cooking is a holistic medicine practice from India. It enhances natural flavors, while optimizing digestion, nutrient absorption and waste elimination.
Ananda Mai has been on a spiritual journey her whole life in search of ways to strengthen and understand her connection to the Divine. This life-long process of learning has brought her to a place where she seeks to share and express in her own special way this divine connection to love. Her primary residence is in the Sacred Valley of Peru but she also spends time in her beloved Mother India, as well as traveling the world. She finds enlightenment through many practices, especially the Hindu Vedic traditions along with Andean/South American traditional ways and the teachings of the North American indigenous peoples Red Road Way.
