55 gallon tank AND 2 female rats with cage

I have a 55 gallon tank which screen, no cracks, but the frame at the top is melted a little on the top from a basking light. Was used for a bearded dragon, I’m not sure if it holds water, but sure it does consider it has no cracks. Asking sixty for the tank. Also have 2 female rats, SUPER FRIENDLY, with their cage for eighty. One is a Siamese top ear named Cocoa. The other is a hooded dumbo named Mia. They HAVE to go together!
