FOUND Buff/Diluted Orange/Cream Cat - Female

There is a diluted orange cat, who I'm assuming is female, that is hanging around the condos here in Canal Winchester. She's very sweet and looks like she could be around 1-2 years old. She has short fur and I'm assuming it's somewhat smooth but it's hard to tell since she has so many fleas. Because it looks like she's been outside from a while, she's so skinny to the point that I can feel her spine and ribs very easily. She's missing one of her teeth although that seems to be recent. It seems like she's blind in her right eye since it looks foggy and her pupil doesn't change shape.
