The Perfect Fit empowers unemployed and underemployed women in the Lehigh Valley with the clothing, skills, and confidence necessary to find a job and build a career. For 22 years, the Perfect Fit has provided critical services at important transition points in the lives of 11,000 women and girls, allowing them to contribute economically to their families and community. The Perfect Fit’s services include professional and uniform clothing, mentoring, professional development workshops, and paid work experience and are needed more than ever to support the many women who were displaced due to the pandemic and to assist them as they rebuild their careers. We do not do this work alone. The Perfect Fit is a true community collaboration. Our power comes from the women and girls we serve, and from our volunteers, referral partners, local businesses, clothing donors, and supporters who work together to empower us to transform the lives of women throughout the Lehigh Valley.
