We are incredibly excited to offer this unique healing experience for any Veteran as a part of the 2021 Recreation Program through Kent County Veteran Services with funding through the Michigan Veterans Affairs Agency! ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- LiveWELL: The HEALing CommUNITY in Lansing is proud to partner with Veterans Rising to bring you a powerful experience. Through the combination of drumming and somatic healing modalities (what we like to call "movement medicine") you will leave feeling lighter, freer and more confident to embody your most authentic self! We will be guided by Virginia Caldwell is a board certified music therapist and Meaghan Bergman, a certified somatic healer in a guided sound and movement practice to help you release trauma, shame, guilt and other limiting energies from your body, and then reclaim the highest, most healed version of yourself!
