Need someone to fix a 03 chevy avalanche/03 ford escape or trade

I have a 2003 Chevy Avalanche Z71 1500 and a 2003 Ford Escape XLT. I want to be very upfront.. mechanics in the Ottumwa area have tried to fix the avalanche.. but yet it still has the same issues. It's been to multiple mechanics for the same issues.. yet still not fixed. Also I'd need to make payments. Not sure what the exact issue with the avalanche is but it seems to be something to do with the fuel system.. not sure if it's the fuel pump, or the evap system as well. It did have a collapsed gas tank, and I got that fixed but now it seems to have no power unless it's completely filled with gas. Like the gas pedal if you push on it too much then the vehicle just cuts out and has no power.. like won't accelerate.. it doesn't die. Hooked a fix'd computer thing up to it and it said O2 Sensor #2 P0141 and evap system small leak P0442. Cleared the check engine light and the P0442 code hasn't came back yet.. but it was detected on 07/22 so I'm sure it'll show up again.. just hasn't yet. I of course have no issue paying someone for their services.. but it would need to be a payment arrangement that we both agree to and something I can afford. Anyways the ford escape.. not sure what all is wrong with it.. have a new fuel pump for it because the current one doesn't even attempt to kick on. So got a new fuel pump new off ebay that's still in the box.. needs installed.. fuel pump location is in the back under the seat... non working one needs taken out and the new one needs put in.. then we'd go from there. It has a dead battery also but can be jumped. If anyone knows someone that could possibly help please let me know their contact info. Really would like to get one or both of these fixed.
