Our Eau de parfum, candles, housewares, stationery and can be found in thousands of stores globally. All of our products are designed, produced, and packed in Austin, Texas. Spitfire Girl is searching for a strong, energetic, and motivated individual to join our team full-time as a Warehouse Operations/Shipping & Receiving Manager. The ideal candidate will have the ability to create and maintain an efficient system of operation to support our business needs. The candidate should be comfortable multitasking and working cross-functionally with different business units. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in related fields. Responsibilities Daily oversight of wholesale and eCommerce websites, plus additional B2B sales channels, ensuring a seamless customer experience across all platforms. Fulfillment duties such as pulling/assembling orders for wholesale & retail accounts as well as ticketing and packaging for national retailers such as Whole Foods, Urban Outfitters, CB2, etc. Maintain established and new customers accounts Maintaining inventory and stock levels Overseeing production and ensuring quality control of all products to meet the company's exacting standards. Qualifications 1 year of experience in a similar role Experience shipping with FedEx, DHL, UPS and USPS. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Ability to lift 50 lbs + Strong organizational and communication skills Strong ability to multitask You will be working in a very fragrant warehouse.
