Looking to hire a few handymen/maintenance people with construction skill sets. Job details include but not limited to maintenance, repairs, small to medium sized remodeling and make ready projects. We are looking for part time and full time with minimum of 40 hours a week or more if you want more hours by working Saturdays. This will be a 1099 contracted job. We will be paying weekly after calculating total number of hours/days worked. Must have own car, cell phone and basic tools for the trade like impact, drill, hammer and etc. but we will provide tools if needed. Will need basic knowledge of basic plumbing, basic electrical, simple wood work, painting, drywall and tiling.
Pay will $18-$22/H starting at $18/H but will raise it depending on performance and skill. We will provide $50 each week for gas for driving to and from work, buying materials and back and forth between properties needing work done.
We will also pay an extra service call/after work hours rate of $27/H for service call and emergencies if you are available and willing to take the call, it is not a requirement.
