$1500 Signing bonus paid to Certified Applicator after 6 months of employment $500 Signing bonus paid to non-certified applicator after 6 months of employmet Job Description All-Ridd Pest Control is seeking an experienced Pest Control Technician for career opportunity with a growing company. Available immediately. This is not a seasonal position. Experience is preferred as this is for an existing route but we will train the right person. We are family owned and operated for over 30 years and we offer great benefits in addition to hourly wage, overtime and commissions. QUALIFICATIONS • Great attitude and willing to learn • Previous experience with customers face to face • High school diploma or GED • Able to communicate clearly in English, both oral and written; bi-lingual English/Spanish is a plus! • Physically able to climb stairs and ladders and carry equipment up to 40 pounds • Clean cut appearance • Able to understand and implement product labels and mixing in English • Clean driving record and able to pass pre-employment drug/background screening. • Dependable, responsible and able to work independently and on time • Experience is highly preferred for this position. RESPONSIBILITIES • Solve customer's pest problems and prevent future ones • Perform daily pest control route stops as scheduled • Inspect, recommend and apply pesticides to structures according to label instructions • Consult and communicate effectively with customers and employees • Drive to appointments and maintain company service vehicle • Complete daily paperwork • Follow established safety and communication procedures, and treatment protocols per company policy • Attend training and other educational opportunities to obtain and maintain pest control license to grow in your position • Other duties as needed BENEFITS • Commuter use of company vehicle • Competitive hourly wage • Overtime • Commission • Phone allowance for your own smart phone • Subsidized health insurance with HSA account • 401K with Company matching • Paid time off • Paid holidays To apply, please attach resume and reply to this email.
