Hello. I'm a recently single mom looking for a very affordable home for myself and two small daughters. We re new to the area staying with my mother, who owns and manages a small Cafe at the devargas center. I'm currently working full time there with her. I'm hoping to find someone with property that is needing some work done perhaps as I have experience in housing renovations. At the moment I can only afford $1000 per month. Pls if you have property or know of someone needing help with their home. Let me know. Thank you
