Shelby Buchholz who advertise as " A & S Mobile Mechanic Service"!!! So I assume that it's "Adam Buchholz". They just placed an ad on CL on July 25, 26, 27, 29, 30 & 31, 2022 They are fly by night if something wrong, they would never show up & come back to repair their work. They could always change business name & phone no so they can keep scamming other people just to make money to pay bill on a daily basis. Watch out for this dishonest auto mechanic, I contacted them. She answered the phone, we talked & texted. She told me he will buy the parts locally & work on my vehicle on that day (I offered to buy the parts online so that he can works on that day, they refused). When they showed up, he looked at the work that needs to be done on a few of my vehicles. Then he had me buy the parts online & asked for $50 which he would credit me for his work later. After I got the parts, he said he works on other customer on that day, again the next day he works on the customer & would come after he get the job done. I got another package of parts delivered so I texted him that I got another package of parts. He told me he can't come today because it's gonna rain & he has to check the weather for tomorrow. I checked the forecast, it shows there are 30-40% chance of rain at 5-6 pm. I messaged him that I don't think it's gonna rain at my house or if it will rain, it will rain lightly (Yes, there was "NO RAIN" as I expected). Then he told me to find another mechanic. I don't think he is capable of replacing the entire brake lines on my old truck so he pretended that he would do the work & had me order the parts online so he did NOT have to work on that day to replace my brake lines. He asked me to give him $50 which he will credit me back when he works on my vehicle(s). This is a scam when he never intend to do the work to replace the brake lines on my entire truck BUT he pretends that he would & have me ordered the parts online & he would get some money out of me for his time. But I get stuck with the parts that I ordered because the shop would want to use their parts & lost $50 for "Zero Work" from him. That's why he finds all the excuses, at the end just told me to find another mechanic. Do not trust him/them. Find another mechanic that still advertise on Craigslist for a long time, week after week. ----------------------------------------------------------------------------- I also had a bad experience with the "Master Mechanic Gerry". It looks like he stops advertising his business on Craigslist. Maybe "Karma" comes after him. I had a bad experience with a few more but I do not remember their names. If anyone knows or has information on: 1). "Adam & Shelby Buchholz ". A & S Mobile Mechanic Service 2). The "Master Mechanic Gerry" who has 38+ yrs experience (now should be 40+ yrs experience), . The receipt showed "All Type Auto Repair 232 H. Junior Dr. St. Charles, MO 63301". He is an old guy, I filed a complaint with BBB in early 2020. First, he pretended he didn't recalled/recognized my name & he closed business a few years ago (something like that). When I pointed out the detailed from the receipt to BBB, BBB send out the 2nd follow up complaint again, He never respond back to BBB again. He replaced one of the freeze plug, charged me $200 (too high) & it leaks soon after that. He said he would come back to fix it but he never did. I had to pay someone to replace it again at half of his price. What is his real name? Is it "Kenneth Alton Gerry"? I have one more that's bad & a scammer, I have to search for his name & his girlfriend name before I can post it here. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------ A&S MOBILE MECHANIC SERVICES!
