Come fix the hub on my 03' Cummins?

The hub or something in the front end of my 2003 Cummins 2500 4x4 started vibrating at freeway speed then started grinding at 30 mph. I had to limp it ten miles at ten miles an hour to my friends house in Rathdrum. I'm hoping you can fix it where it sits now but I do have AAA for towing.
