Spruce Janitorial is a locally owned family business seeking our next hire! We are looking for a team member to carry out basic light and medium cleaning tasks on a recurring schedule. This is long term, indoor work. Shifts are approx. 2 to 5 hours a day, Tue, Wed, & Fri, (Sat is an option) can be a completed between the hours of 4:30 pm and 10:30pm (about 8 to 10 hours per week). Schedule can be somewhat flexible. Opportunity for more hours if desired and after completion of training. Come join our team and earn a $200 sign-on bonus! ($50 after 30 days + $75 after 60 days + $75 after 90 days) Responsibilities: • Clean and supply designated building areas (dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, restroom cleaning, trash collection and removal, etc) • Stock and maintain paper goods in bathrooms • Communicate with supervisor Skills: • Proven working experience as a cleaner or janitor is a plus, but not required • Integrity and ability to work independently • Self-starter Abilities: • Lift, and wear backpack vacuum (about 14 pounds) for up to 1.5 hours • Occasionally lift and move 25 to 35 lbs (garbage and mop bucket) • On feet for full shift Requirements: • Reliable transportation • Cell phone • Pass a background check Please respond via e-mail with a resume, phone number, and 2 References.
