NOW HIRING ProCLEAN FLOOR CARE Full-time: Floor Care Technician Location: Spartanburg Regional Hospital Call: Keith (864) 421-3462 or Matt (864) 331-9663 QUALIFICATIONS Valid driver license Able to pass criminal background check Able to pass drug test Ability to work well with others Friendly, outgoing personality Ability to lift up to 50 lbs Must be flexible with work hours Demonstrate ability and willingness to learn multiple tasks and technical requirements of the job Able to travel between Spartanburg & Greenville occasionally Must be reliable and care about quality of work DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES  You'll be responsible for the cleanliness of customer's floors in numerous healthcare facilities Floor maintenance cleaning on carpet, tile & grout, hardwood flooring, laminate flooring, vinyl flooring, etc Sweeping, Mopping, Stripping, Waxing, Buffing, Scrubbing, etc... procedures done on various types of floors Mixing & applying chemical to various types of floors Will lift, drag or pull up to 50lbs Use various types of floor cleaning machines as in auto floor scrubbers, low & high speed buffers, commercial floor extractor, etc BENEFITS Monday - Thursday (most weeks) Bi-weekly pay: $15.00 per hour Guarantee 30hrs a week of pay / if exceeded will pay exceeding hours as well  1 week vacation after 6 months
