Rehoming 10 month old chihuahua

Hi, I need to unfortunately rehome my sweet cuddly mixed chihuahua puppy. She does great with younger kids and other dogs but she can’t go to a home with cats. She likes to grab my cats by the neck and torment them too much. She is fixed and loves pets. She even cuddles up to you at night! She is still being potty trained, great with puppy pads though. I already paid for her to be up to date on her shots and she is fixed. Rehoming fee 3️⃣0️⃣0️⃣. Please tell me a bit about your family and why you think you can offer her a great life.
