Do you love plants? Are you interested in working in the cannabis industry? We are a small-batch cannabis producer located in Boring, Oregon. We are looking for a driven, meticulous, reliable candidate to be added to our small team and be a part of our launch. The ideal candidate will have an exceptional work ethic, attention to detail, and safety, and is able to maintain and master our cultivation process. This is an entry-level job, interest is a must. We will train on all of our processes and procedures. Primary roles • Irrigation preparation and application • Foliar and Pesticide preparation and application • Maintaining cleanliness of grow rooms and work areas • Accept other garden duties assigned by Cultivation Managers • Maintain farm standards and protocols Requirements • OLCC Marijuana worker's permit(application available online) • Must be at least 21 years old • Ability to stand, climb, squat, bend, twist, and stand for extended periods of time • Must have reliable transportation • Must be on time & ready to work when scheduled • Must have good attendance • Ability to self manage daily tasks according to the grow calendar • Expected to maintain professionalism at all times • Must be able to work through challenges in a positive and productive manner • Ability to maintain focus while performing repetitive tasks • Ability to take criticism and learn from feedback • Interest in cultivation • Eager and willing to learn new techniques • Ability to adjust as business fine tunes procedures Additional duties included but are not limited to: • Day to day growing processes • Familiarity with lighting/temperature controls • De-leafing, trellising, yo-yo’s • Transplanting, cloning, and monitoring the overall health of plants • Moving plants from room to room Farm Standards and Protocols • Clean pest-free clothing each shift(Some Uniform Provided) • Good hygiene practices HABLAMOS ESPAÑOL.
