I need an insured roofer

I accidentally hit the corner of the top of a building with the roof of my travel trailer and damaged one piece of metal. I’m a carpenter but the building owner will not let me repair the roof because I do not have insurance. I’m willing to buy the metal sheet which is no more than 18’, a 4 by 8 sheet of 1/2” plywood, and a 2 by 4 which is all it will take to repair the minor damage. I’m willing to pay cash if we can agree on a price. I want to pay for this myself instead of having insurance pay for it because I don’t want my rate to skyrocket. Please help.
