Provide Pc/Tc/Ln inspections, estimates and services to residential/commercial clients. Is responsible for growth of the route by inspecting and offering recommended services using consultative sales techniques, networking, and creative activities daily to secure new business. Provide professional, friendly, cordial service to clients, work to build strong relationships and solve problems, and recommend actions to prevent future pest control problems • Drive company marked vehicle to client sites to provide Pc/Tc/Ln inspections, estimates and services in a professional, safe, friendly and cordial manner. Build positive, strong relationships with potential and existing clients. • Locate, identify, destroy, control, and repel pests. Use knowledge of pests’ biology and habits, along with pest management techniques such as applying chemicals, setting traps, operating equipment, and modifying structures to alleviate pest problems. • Responds promptly to inquiries from prospective customers. Maintains prospect and customer records digitally in an organized and thorough manner. • Seek out potential clients, build relationships with others that will refer business to you, build route density by finding new prospective clients and look for ways to add value to existing clients. • Perform creative activities daily. Door hanging, visiting realtors, other small businesses and having 1 to 1 meetings with referrals and potential clients. • Work to exceed client expectations. Make suggestions to clients on how to avoid pest problems when appropriate. Report to client contact person before and after providing pest prevention services. Whenever possible, explain actual or potential problems to clients face-to-face. • Work in a safe manner by adhering to OSHA, state requirements, and ASAP's policies and procedures and maintaining and utilizing required safety equipment when providing pest management services. Maintain required manuals in company vehicle. Follow company guidelines when using tools, equipment, and materials. • Maintain a clean company vehicle and comply with DOT and company guidelines. Operate vehicle safely and legally and according to company guidelines. Represent ASAP by keeping vehicle clean and in good • Maintain proper inventory of tools, equipment, and materials in company vehicle. • Communicate daily with owner/office manager. Complete paperwork daily and electronic reporting daily. Keep calendar up to date. • Participate fully in training opportunities provided to enhance knowledge and to meet requirements for licensing. Represent ASAP by wearing clean company uniform and appropriate footwear, maintaining personal hygiene and keeping your company vehicle washed and organized. I am looking for someone who wants to grow with the company. Must be a self starter. You are in charge of how much you make. This is a commission based sales/service position. You must be able to talk to people. You must be able to work outside in a hot humid climate. You must be willing to do what unsuccessful people won't do!
