Clean Drivers License (CDL Preferred), Pass Drug-Free Workplace Test, Bilingual English/Spanish all are a MUST! Job Description: Planning meeting with Project managers for daily requirements Picks up crews as needed Pick up material from suppliers as needed/available Drop material at job sites as required Log materials dropped off/picked up in spreadsheet Cleans job sites, including pick up leftover material, run magnet over property, blow off driveway and remove trailer Deliver and pick up dump trailers at job sites/Swap trailers at job sites as needed Empty dump trailers at dump site (average time needed 2 hours) Serve as translator Spanish/English for customers, roofers, office Communicate via phone/text regarding current jobs with crews and office Maintain shop yard/mow grass Reorganize shop warehouse to accommodate deliveries/supplies Vehicle maintenance within abilities, includes oil changes, trailer repairs, tire repairs Available after hours/weekends for emergency situations Take home trailers/trucks for end of day dump needs/pick up materials first thing in am for jobs Expected to work 5-6 days per week Hours are 7 AM – 4:30 PM, Monday through Friday Skills Needed Valid drivers license with good record Bilingual Able to lift 40 lbs+ Good skills with dump trailer Good communication skills and professional personal presentation 25 years and older
