Make cement form and lay concrete

-- $30 per hour -- I need a long, thin concrete drainage channel. I dug a 6-inch wide x 6-inch deep x 75-foot long trench alongside my driveway -- needed for rain drainage. Now I need help making the wooden forms to create the channel, and mix & pour the cement. It should take 4-5 hours.
