PLEASE READ JOB DESCRIPTION BEFORE RESPONDING... Our company needs a mover to help on local jobs starting tomorrow morning. Most of our jobs will have a 2-3 hour minimum. Future work is available for the right worker. SERIOUS INQUIRIES ONLY!!! If you own a moving business, respond that you have a "couple of guys" or offer to bring your own tools/blankets, sorry, but we are not interested. Moving experience is helpful but we will consider a helper with a positive attitude, high motivation level, acts professionally, and has a mature work ethic, and most importantly strong muscles and knowledge on how to move household items, with or without dollies. We strive to be presentable and clean cut. No smokers please!!! We also refrain from using profanities on the job. We have a great local reputation and we maintain an online rating of 5 stars. We require our movers to arrive to job sites work ready, proper attire, and not under the influence. Anyone who shows up smelling of marijuana will not be allowed to work nor will be paid just for showing up. We will pay $20 an hour for those who DEMONSTRATE professional moving skills. Our "helper" rate is $15/hr. The pay will be for actual moving labor once we start the clock with the customer. All of our jobs are prorated to the 1/4 hour after a certain minimum and that's how we pay. We pay all of our movers cash at the end of the day or Cash App. 2 out of 3 of our customers tip for great service. We bring all the tools, dollies, equipment to the job so that makes the customer happy to start with! Our company performs pre-job services such as laying down floor protection and putting up door protection. We don't bill the customer for this time and we don't expect our helpers to participate in these tasks as well.
