General Contractor looking for a subcontractor to complete 5 apartment remodels at a high rise in downtown Tampa. Subcontractor must provide their general liability & workers compensation insurance certificates prior to any payments. Great opportunity for more future work after the completion of the 5 apartments. The following scope of work will be asked to be completed in each unit: - Demo apartment - Paint entire apartment - Install shower floor & wall tile - Install tub wall tile - Install miscellaneous items such as faucets, trim kits, outlets, switches, cover plates, all light fixtures, etc.. - Install new cabinets - Install new baseboards in apartments *Flooring will be completed by another contractor Work Hours: Monday - Saturday from 8 am to 6 pm If you feel you would be a good fit please provide us with information about yourself and previous work experience.
