Founded in 1948 we have a long standing reputation as a leader in our industry. Position Summary: Responsible for accounts payable, payroll, and accounts receivable. Essential Functions: Compiles data for sales and management reports. Responsible for the scheduling, tracking and completion of jobs. Maintains and controls the paper flow of work orders, time sheets, time cards, and personnel records. Manage A/P, A/R accounts and coordinates with corporate accounting department. Support the Management Team in daily administrative functions. Skills and/or Knowledge Requirements: Ability to distinguish between necessary and unnecessary procedures and assist the General Manager in achieving efficiency goals. Knowledge of insurance claims and estimating practices high desirable Knowledge of construction and mitigation work flow and associated terminology desirable Excellent time management skills and the ability to work independently Contributes to the overall success of the organization. Assumes responsibility for all office related tasks. Self-motivated with a positive attitude and a professional image and demeanor Education and/or Experience Requirements: Prior office management experience. Complete understanding of computers and business software systems including all components of Microsoft Office. Previous accounting experience including A/P and A/R.
