new music project - AM rock from the 60s to 90s

I am a bass player (not awesome but good enough). I do not sing. Never tried, maybe could sing some backup. I have been playing AM rock from the 60’s to 90’s, jazz and standards on electric and upright bass all these years. I created, played in, marketed, created and managed web site, dj during breaks, booked and managed a 6 piece band, 5 vocalists, horns, etc, playing high end wedding and corporate gigs for 15 years. finally, the drama drowned me and I pulled the plug on it. Now it is some years later and I still have gas left in the tank. I want to play again. i am just starting to look to starting a band. i prefer older experienced musicians. this would have to be your only gig. dont want weekend warriors, etc. Looking to play out maybe twice a month as duo or trio (or more) with a vocalist, maybe even female.
