MEMCO is looking for a Dispatcher/ Customer Service Representatives   This is a Temp to Perm position based on performance.   Job Location: Harlingen Tx. Salary: $11+ per hour/ DOE.   We are looking for friendly, motivated people for the Customer Service Representative. As a Customer Service Representative you will manage inbound/outbound calls and assist customers. Candidates must be able to speak English and Spanish fluently. Be able to give proper direction to destinations.   Requirements and Qualifications: - 1 year of customer service experience. - Able to Receive and dispatch orders. - Bilingual English and Spanish required. - Microsoft Office experience Required. - Must be able to type 45wpm. - Must pass drug screen and background check. - Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service. - Face with stressful situations that require the ability to work under pressure. - Experience in sales Preferred. - Build productive trust relationships with customers.   **Potential for Growth into AP/AR **
